Prehistoric
A flint bladelet fragment of Mesolithic origin, a Mesolithic/Early Neolithic core and two flakes were collected from the area. Later 7 additional pieces of worked flint were noted.
Medieval and Post-medieval
Occasional modern brick/tile fragments, otherwise remarkable lack of ceramic evidence noted. Method: Brief survey from headland only.
