The present farmhouse replaced the two cottages recorded on the site in 1840.
Two test-pits excavated.
Test Pit A Eighty sherds of essentially 19th C. pottery recovered. One 17th C. and four 18th-19th C. clay pipe stems also identified.
Test-pit B yielded seven sherds of 19th C. pottery. |
