Culver Farm and Junction 1873/4 and 1899.
The maps demonstrate the changes brought about when the Lewes-East Grinstead railway was constructed c1880 and Culver Junction was created
The cottages depicted on the tithe map still survived at Culver Farm well into the 20th century. It is possible that the earliest Culver Farm house lay beside Culver Meadow. A small building with a chimney, together with an outbuilding, can just be made out on the map of Barcombe manor c1709-1717 (see TA 1243)
